Affiliate Manager

Job Description :

✔️ Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential.

✔️ Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company’s CR & ROI.

✔️ Negotiate terms and payouts to ensure partner satisfaction.

✔️ Manage affiliate billing on a weekly/monthly basis.

✔️ Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from affiliates.

✔️ Collaborate with the team to ensure company KPIs are met.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager in online industries (e.g., Gaming, Forex) with proven success managing large monthly budgets.

✔️ Demonstrated ability to establish and grow international partnerships in competitive markets.

✔️ Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills with a data-driven approach.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

✔️ Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach.

✔️ Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
