Requirements:

Workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
Troubleshooting hardware and network issues
Hardware and software purchase, replacement, and inventory process
Technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers)
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Great communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms
Good knowledge of Windows and its applications
Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge
Self-reliance
Proficiency in English or at least  
Manage and Support Microsoft 365 Services: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tools including ExchangeOnline, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams,
